Home, a place where we are able to seek shelter in times of adverse, a place where we return to from whatever we are engaged with at the end of the day, a place where our brand new day begins. Memories are made together with our family and love ones, parties and gatherings where we invite our friends and relatives to.
Having shifted to more than 6 different homes in my life, I can fully relate to how it feels to be on the search for the next family home, the amount of effort involved in shifting on top of our daily work commitments. A father to 4 lovely boys, it takes even more time and effort to be shifting to different homes, while maintaining our daily work commitments and meeting the children’s school commitments.
Entering this industry in late 2009 and going through the various government measures introduced to cool the Singapore real estate market, it seems that the costs of homes in Singapore is still on the rise and is getting increasingly difficult for us to afford our first home, therefore it is ever so important to be making a right decision in where we decide to set up a place call home and what our next move should be.
